Happy Me

A coach wherever you go and whenever you need

Happy me is a virtual coach for students dealing with mental health issues.

It is an app in which students can find tips, tools and assignments based on their needs, to help them reach their goals in academic and health.

To use the app, the user needs to fill in a short questionnaire, to form a personal wellbeing plan. This plan is custom for user only based on their needs in coaching.

After completing the test, the user receives a number of tips that can help improve mental health. Think of filling in a diary, answering questions or making a schedule. What is recommended is therefore entirely dependent on the answers given during the test.

In the app is also a community, where students at the same university can share their experiences and stories but can also chat with other students and start discussions about different topics.

*The visual aspects that can be seen in the project are from the prototype because the development is still in an early stage.
