City Circle is your stepping stone to building a vibrant social life in a new city. It transforms your new city into a home, helping you gain a sense of belonging.

## Concept Overview

City Circle consists of two main features:

1. Connect with Like-Minded Individuals: Build a social life by connecting with people who share your interests and personality traits.
2. Discover Activities and Places: Find activities, hobbies, and places in the city that align with your personal interests.

Currently, the prototype focuses on Rotterdam, with plans to expand to other cities in the future.

## Target Audience & Market Potential

Our target audience includes ambiverted (international) students moving to a new city who want to build a social circle and discover local activities. In the Netherlands, there are approximately 120,000 international students, with around 60,000 being ambiverted. Each year, about 10,000 new ambiverted students begin their studies.

Across the EU, there are about 2 million international students, with 1 million fitting the ambiverted category and 200,000 new ambiverted students each year.


## Main Feature

The main feature in this app, is a map with places and events that are catered to your interests and personality. In the city/region that you live and or study in.

If a user for example likes bouldering, reading books, boardgames, they fall into the more introverted category and does not like late night activities or alcohol; they will not see anything related to dancing, drinking or partying. They would instead see a book club that is on Saturday in the afternoon, a weekly bouldering event on Thursday evening and a boardgame event at Kino Rotterdam on Friday afternoon.
